What is trauma therapy?
Trauma therapy is a form of counseling conducted by a therapist with specialized training around the subject of trauma and its associated parts. Trauma therapists use modalities designed to address trauma specifically. Trauma therapy is a collaborative process where the therapist and client work together to determine the best course of action for treatment and how to conduct therapy on an ongoing basis.
Do you bill insurance?

How long will I be in therapy?
The length of time in therapy is different for everyone. Sometimes, it can be conducted quicker, while other times, it can take much longer. This depends on the nature of the problem, how long you have been living with the problem, and what your therapeutic goals are.
